     Easy Beer Stew

Ingredients
2lb stewing beef, cubed
2-4 onions, quartered
19oz tomato soup
1 can of beer
6 medium potatoes, chunked
6-8 carrots, chunked
lots of pepper
4 heaping tablespoons of bovrile thick gravy mix
 

Instructions
preheat oven to 350F
in larger casserole dish, put onions, beer, tomato soup, gravy mix and pepper. mix. cover. cook for 2 hours
add carrots and potatoes. cook for 1 more hour or until potatoes are done.

serves 6-8
