Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare 13x9in. baking dish with Pam.
Cook pasta, drain, rinse with cool water and let pasta dry on paper towels.

For filling- In medium bowl stir together 3c. mozzarella with the ricotta and fresh basil.
With a teaspoon, carefully stuff shells with cheese mix. (Can fill Ziploc and cut corner and fill that way).

|
Spoon 2c. marinara sauce over top of pasta. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over it.
|
|
|
Bake manicotti for 15 min., sprinkle with Parmesan; bake for 10 min. longer.
