In a bowl add the wet ingredients and the melted butter, stir.
Add the yeast and let it set for about 5 minutes.
Measure out the salt and add to the oats, stir.
Add the oats and the whole wheat flours using a slotted spoon.
Add enough of the white flour to make a manageable dough.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
Let rise until double in size and punch down. Meanwhile spray
the pans. Make into rolls or bread and spray the tops of the
rolls or bread. Let rise and then bake at 375 degrees for
approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
