     Gluten Free Chocolate-Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp xanthum gum
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1/3 cup butter
1 large egg
 
1 tsp gluten free vanilla extract
3/4 cup warm brewed coffee
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
preheat oven to 350. Grease 11x7 nonstick pan. Put all ingredients except coffee and chocolate chips in a large bolw and blend with mixer. Add coffee and mixed until compbined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into greased pan and bake 30 minutes or until knife (toothpick) is inserted in middle and comes out clean. It is best served warm!
