Brown the pork chops, Sprinkle with season salt. Set aside.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, salt. Stir in hashbrowns, cheese and onions. Put the potato mixture in a 9x13 casserole. Place the chops on top of mixture
Cover and bake 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Put remaining cheese and onions on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
