     Knepfla Soup

Ingredients
1/4 Stick Butter
1/2 med. onion chopped
1 stick celery - chopped
1 tsp salt
Knepfla Dumplings
2 1/12 C Flour
2-3 Eggs
1 C. milk
2-4 T oil
 
Salt
2-3 Potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup,
1 Can Milk
Minced Carrots
Parsley flakes

Instructions
Brown together (saute) Butter, onion, celery, Salt. Add the sauteed veggies to 10 Cups of water. Bring to boil, add another tsp salt.
Mix together the Knepfla dumplings. Add Knepfla while water is boiling. Let cook until tender. The smaller the better the soup is. Add more butter if you choose.
After Knepfla has cooked add Potatoes, I can cream of celery soup, i Can milk, minced carrots, and parsley flakes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
