Instructions
wash and dice the strawberries
layer a 4 by 7 inch pan a layer the bottom with a 1/4 inch of
coconut shavings
layer the pound cake/ bread on top of the coconut
sprinkle a layer of cut strawberries, ( enough to cover all of the last
layer), and then some sugar. less than a spoonful. finish it off with
another layer of coconut and then pour a quarter cup of coconut
cream over the entire thing. chill and serve
