1/2 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped apple
 
Topping
1/3 flour
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP Brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 TBSP oleo
Instructions
Cream oleo & sugar Beat in eggs & vanilla Mix in dry ingredients alternae w/ buttermilk Fold in apples & nuts Add topping Bake 55-60 min at 350 degrees
