Ingredients
1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. honey
1 egg
1 c. (8 ounces) sour cream
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
 
Instructions
Combine margarine and honey in bowl; mix well. Blend in egg and sour cream. Add dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
