Fry 7 mozzarella sticks at 350 degrees for 45 seconds to 1 minute. They should be pulled from the oil when the first sign of cheese is poking out of the breading.
Serve in a small basket with checkered paper and marinara sauce. Lightly add chopped parsley over the top of the mozzarella sticks prior to serving.
