Saute a chopped small onion in olvie oil til clear and soft. Push to side of pan. Add chopped
garlic clove in olive oil and saute til just barely golden. Add tomatoes (coarsely chopped).
Simmer on low heat for 30 min or so. If sauce is too watery leave top off the pan for a while.
Add salt and pepper. Add chopped basil, oregano and parsely a few min before serving.
Check amt of salt again.
