2 (8oz) packages tempeh, cut into four cutlets

BBQ sauce

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350; place soy sauce/water/oil in small dish and add tempeh. Allow to marinate for 5 mins, flipping to evenly coat.
|
|
|
Place tempeh/marinade ingredients on baking sheet; cook 5 mins. Flip and cook additional 10 mins.
|
|
|
While tempeh is baking, prepare BBQ sauce. Pour some sauce over tempeh while it's baking.
|
|
|
When tempeh is finished cooking, place cutlet on bread with remaining ingredients and as much BBQ sauce as needed.
