Ingredients

	1 1/2 basil
	1/2 cup -2 Tbsp olive oil
	2 Tbsp lemon juice
	2-3 garlic cloves; minced
	1/2 tsp salt
	1/4 tsp pepper
	2 tsp nutritional yeast (opt)


Instructions


Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.


Add more olive oil to create pesto sauce; or add 6 oz silken tofu for creamy pesto sauce.
