Using a cast iron skillet, brown meat with the mustard, onion soup mix, pepper, and
garlic. Stir thouroughly. Drain fat. Add cheeses to meat mixture. Remove from heat. Spread
sour cream evenly on tortillas. Spread meat mixture over entire tortilla one at a time. Add
dabs of salsa across tortilla. Roll tortilla up securing with a half dozen tooth picks evenly
spaced. Slice between tooth picks to make pinwheels. Secure each pinwheel with an
additional toothpick at a niety degree angle. Arrange on plate and microwave to warm
before serving.
