Take the butter or ghee in a large mixing bowl. Soften it if
necessary. Add sugar to the bugger slowly mixing it thoroughly
with the the butter.

Break the eggs in another bowl and separate the yolks from the
egg-whites. Whisk the egg whites until you get foam. Mix the egg
white foam with the butter-sugar mixture. Whisk the egg yolks
and mix them after the egg whites are mixed. Add the vanilla
extract.

Add and mix the baking powder with the flour. Then add the flour
to the cake mixture slowly (spoon by spoon) and mix it well so that
no lumps exist.

Wipe the inside of the baking pan with butter and dust some flour
so that the cake doesn't stick. Pour the mixture into the pan.
Preheat the oven for 350 F. Bake it for 30/35 min.

You can eat it hot right out of the oven. Eat it with milk/vanilla icecream. -)
