Trim fat from steak. Combine hoisin sauce through pepper in a 2 cup glass measure,
reserving 3/4 cup. Pour remaining hoisin mixture in a zip top plastic bag. Add steak to
bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 8 hrs. Prepare grill. Place steak on grill rack coated
with cooking spray; grill steak 8 min or each side or until desired degree of donesness is
reached, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Let stand 3 min. Cut steak diagonally
across grain into thin slices.
