1 quart blueberries, rinsed, picked over, and dried
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
4 tbs butter , cut up
3/4 cup flour
1 cup quick cooking or old fashion oats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and butter or spray an 8 inch baking dish
In a bowl, toss together the berries, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Tip them into the
baking dish, scraping out the bowl.
In the same bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, flour, and oats. With your fingertips
work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles crumbs.
Spread the mixture over the bluberries and transfer the dish to the oven. Bake the crumble
for 40 to 50 min or until the topping is golden brown.
