In a large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter and sugar free of lumps.
Add remaining ingredients reserving 1 tbs oatmeal and brown sugar. Beat 1 to 2 min or until
batter is smooth.
Spoon into bread pan. Sprinkle resersved oatmeal and brown sugar over top. Bake 45 to 50
min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool at least 15 min before removing from pan.
