1 cup raisins or any combination of chopped dried fruit
1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg white
Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x13 inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray or grease
lightly.
In a large bowl, stir together oats, flour, cinnamon,salt, and baking soda. Add raisins and stir
to coat with flour mixture. In another bowl, beat togehter honey, oil and egg white. Mix the
honey mixture into the dry ingredients.
Spread batter in a thin, even layer to cover pan. Bake for 22 to 26 min until edges are pale
golden and surface doesn't look wet. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into 16 bars.
To store wrap individually and store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze up to one
month.
