Combine peeled and chopped apples, flour, nutmeg, sugar, and cinnamon. Press one pie
crust into pie pan and fill with apple mixture. Then cover with another pie crust and poke
holes into it to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 10 min then reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 45 more min.
