     Potato & Zucchini Cheesy Appetizer

Ingredients
1 lb Large baking potatoes
1/2 lb. Large zucchini
2 T. flour
2 qts. canola oil for frying
1 c. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Kosher salt
 

Instructions
Peel potatoes, cut into very thin slices, place in cold water. Cut zucchini into thin slices, toss with flour. Drain potatoes & dry with paper towels
In heavy saute pan Deep fry potatoes & zucchini. Drain, season with salt & let cool. Spread out on large baking pan. Top with Gorgoazola cheese on
Bake @ 350o until cheese melts. Remove - Toss chips & mix until sticky & coated with cheese. Place in bowl or basket and serve warm !!
