6 eggs, separated
|
| |
1/3 cup honey
|
| |
5 cups milk
|

1 tsp rum extract
|

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup whipped cream

Instructions |

|
|
In large bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks. Add yolks and honey; mix well.
|

Stir in next four ingredients. Chill.
|
|
|
|
Just before serving, fold in whipped cream and pour into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
