     Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1/2 t salt
1/8 t cayeene pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1 T lemon juice
 

Instructions
Beat egg yolks until thick. Add salt, cayenne and 3 T melted butter slowly. Beat in remaining butter and lemon juice. Cook in double boiler until thickened.
