Beat whipping cream stiff and set aside. Beat cream cheese, add sugar and vanilla. Combine with whipping cream and beat together. Put in prebaked pie shell or graham cracker crust and chill. Combine lemon juice and blueberries. Top pie with fruit. Cherries may be substituted.
