     Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 t lemon juice
1 10 oz pkg Alfredo sauce
1/4 t ground white pepper
1 cup Mozzerella cheese, shredded
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mozzerella cheese, white pepper, alfredo sauce, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
