     Mom's Blueberry Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3 T sugar
1 egg, well-beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
 
1/5 cups blueberries
1/2 cup sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup flour
1 t cinnamon
3 T butter

Instructions
Sift 2 cups flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Beat egg with sour cream and milk.
Stir in oil. Add liquid all at once to dry ingredients. Stir only until just blended.
Carefully fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes, or until topping is a deep brown. Remove muffins and cool on rack. Serve warm or cold.
