     Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
10 inch pastry shell
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 lb ground hot sausage, browned and drained
1/3 cup grated onion
3 eggs
1/2 cup light cream
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Prick pastry shell and bake at 425 for 12 minutes. Combine Swiss cheese and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and cream. Add to cheese mixture.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 375 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
