     Broiled Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 oz jar diced pimiento, drained
1 T chopped celery
1 t horseradish
1/4 t salt
3 dashes hot sauce
4 English muffins, split
 
1 T chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Combine cheese and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well and spred over muffin halves.
Sprinkle with parsley. Broil on a baking sheet for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
