     Spicy Korean Rib Marninade

Ingredients
1 c brown sugar
1 c soy sauce
3/4 c water
1/2 c white vinegar
1 T fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t cayenne pepper
 

Instructions
Dissolve sugar in soy sauce, water and vinegar. Add ginger, garlic, pepper flakes and cayenne; mix well. Marinade ribs for 4-8 hours before grilling.
