Ingredients
3/4 c paprika
1/4 c black pepper
2 t cayenne pepper
1/4 c sugar
2 T onion powder
2 T dry mustard
1/4 c celery salt
2 T lemon zest, dried
 
Instructions
Mix paprika, peppers, sugar, onion powder, mustard, salt and lemon zest. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
Rub on chicken 8 - 10 hours before grilling or smoking.
