     Egg Souffle

Ingredients
12 slices bread without crusts
1/2 lb or more sharp cheese grated
7 beaten eggs (more if needed)
3 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tsp dry mustard
salt & pepper
Add bacon, ham or sausage if desired.
 

Instructions
In a 9 x 13 pan layer bread and cheese ending with cheese.
Mix- eggs, milk, butter, mustard, salt and pepper. Add meat if desired. Pour over layered bread and cheese.
Store in fridge at least 12 hours.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes @ 300 degrees.
