Fresh fruit- strawberries or raspberries- whatever in season
Instructions
Warm 1 cup cream and sugar in small saucepan.
Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add to hot cream mixture and stir well. Add vanilla.
Fold in 1 pint of sour cream.
Pour into mold and put in refigerator. Unmold before serving and add fruit of your choice.
