Mix together 2 Cups of sugar with 2 Cups of Flour.

Bring 1 stick margarine, 4 TB cocoa, 1/2 C oil, and 1 C of water to a boil. Then pour over sugar and flour mixture and mix together with spoon or whisk. Do not use beaters.

Add 1/2 C milk 1 tsp vanilla and 2 eggs. Mix together with whisk or spoon. Bake in oblong pan at 325 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

For icing- combine 1 stick melted margarine, 3 TB cocoa , 3 TB milk, and 1/2 box of powdered sugar. Pour over cake after cake has cooled.
(More powdered sugar can be added to make a thicker consistency icing if desired. )
