     Grandma Martin's Butter and Egg Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 packs fleischman's yeast
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup soft butter
6 to 7 cups flour
 

Instructions
Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Heat milk to luke warm. In a large bowl, add sugar, eggs, butter, milk, salt, and yeast. Add flour (small amounts at a time) until it forms a soft dough.
Transfer to a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic. Grease bowl and top of bread dough. Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk. Cover bowl with wax paper while rising.
Punch down and form into balls. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Put 2 small balls in each cup of a greased muffin pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350.
