     Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
1lb Meat
garlic (2 cloves)
salt
1/2 can sauce, separate bowl
small corn tortillas
 

Instructions
Put oil in pan and fill the bottom until covered. Heat. DO NOT PUT WATER IN OIL.
Put tortilla in oil about 2 seconds or so each side. When they bubble, put in sauce, and then place in pan.
Put meat in tortilla, roll, put in glass pan.
Pour sauce over echilads along with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
