Lightly coat the bottom of pan with cooking spray, set aside. In a large bowl stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in center of flour mixture, set aside.

Bake 45-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then transfer to wire rack to complete cooling.
