     Slow Cooker Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground white turkey
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Minced onion (to taste)- I use frozen pre-chopped onions
2 cans/jars Pasta sauce
15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzerella
8 lasagna noodles
 

Instructions
Cook turkey, seasoning and onion in large skillet on medium-high until meat browns. Drain.
Place 4 uncooked noodles in bottom of lightly greased 5 qt. cooker. Be sure to only slightly overlap noodles, as the noodles become gummy if they are too thick & will stick together (don't cook very well).
Layer with- 1/2 turkey mixture 1/2 sauce Spread ricotta cheese over sauce, then sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top
Layer with remaining- 4 noodles turkey mixture sauce mozzarella Cover & cook on LOW for 2-4 hours (check after 2-3 hours, as is usually done in 2-3 hours. Turn to Keep Warm setting until dinner time).
