Dissolve jello in water and add cranberry and lemon juice.
Pour 1 1/2 cups into mold to chill until thick. Arrange 10 apple slices and whole grapes in wreath design of mold. Dice rest of apple and add to remaining jello with halved grapes and nuts. Spoon into mold. Chill until firm.
