Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium high heat.

Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Pour into skillet and cook, turning once. Place a slice of cheese on top of egg to melt. Remove from skillet Fold egg in half and set aside.

Add slices of bacon to skillet and cook until crispy. drain grease and wipe skillet with paper towel. Return skillet to heated burner.

|
|
Cut kaiser roll in half and butter each side. Place in skillet buttered side down and cook until toasted. Quickly add cheese to top half of roll while still warm so that cheese slightly melts. Place egg and cheese and bacon on roll.
