Instructions
Se limpian las alcachofas crudas botando las hojas de ellas que se pueden aprovechar para una sopa
Se parte los corazones a la mitad botando las puntas y lo de adentro y se hechan en una coca plastica con agua y limon para que no se pongan negras
En una olla se cocinan con el limon, vinagre, aceite un poco de azucar y sal y los palito de apio
