     Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
2 10 oz. cans chicken, drained
2 8 oz. pck. cream cheese
1 c. ranch dressing
1/4 to 1/2 c. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shreaded
 

Instructions
Place the cream cheese in a shallow casserole dish. Microwave at 50 percent power, until cheese is softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in the drained, flaked chicken, ranch dressing, pepper sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 c. cheese on top.
Microwave at full power for 4 to 5 minutes, until mixture is hot and bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or celery sticks.
