Clean romaine and spinach; pat dry; tear in bowl. Add mandarin oranges (drained); apple diced and chopped pecans
In jar combine orange juice, olive oil, jam, vinegar, salt and pepper. Shake till mixed. Refrigerate. Toss greens, oranges, apples, and pecans. Drizzle vinaigrette and toss lightly.
