Put 1/2 stick butter in same saute' pan and add shallots, garlic, saute' for 1 minute then add tomatoes for 1 minute, add white wine and simmer 1 minute, add parsley, lemon zest & juice salt & pepper let mixture reduce 3 minutes, add 1/2 stick butter and heavy cream for 1 minute and return shrimp to Saute Pan for 30 seconds add pasta and pour entire mixture into serving bowl.
