     Mini Pecan Muffins

Servings   24 mini muffins
Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
 
Instructions
Melt butter and cool; beat with eggs and brown sugar. Stir in other ingredients and pour into greased mini muffin pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
