Ingredients
5 lb. sirloin tip roast
2-3 C. water
2-3 beef bouillon cubes
1 t. marjamon
1 t. oregano
several drops tabasco sauce
2 t. worchestire sauce
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic
 
1 t. lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low all day. Pull meat apart before servings (should fall apart).
Serving Suggestions
Serve on buns toasted with mozzerella cheese and a side of hot peppers.
