Put sugar, milk, margarine, and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Don't start counting until mixture has reached a full boil.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Spoon onto waxed paper. Enjoy.
