Boil potatoes until still firm but almost done. Remove from water, let cool, and slice. Brush with oil on open side and add salt and pepper. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
Crush fresh garlic and press salt into it. Add to oil and heat. Remove oil from heat and add parsley.
Remove potatoes from grill and pour oil over potatoes. Top with parmesan cheese.
