Puree peppers and onion then add the rest of
ingredients and mix well.
We used 1 c. of light sour cream instead of mayo
and added some extra vinegar, cumin, and garlic
salt to taste.
Yields about 1 c.

Suggestions
We used this on fish tacos and I also mixed in some bbq sauce in the left over sauce and put on come pulled pork....I thought it was delicious.
