Melt butter on medium high heat in a skillet. Add garlic and pancetta and cook for 2 minutes until lightly brown.

Stir in crushed tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in vodka and heavy cream. Sauce should have red orange tint. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thick.

|
While Sauce is simmering, Cook noodles according to the directions on the box.
|
|
|
Mix Sauce in with noodles and serve.
