     Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
Oscar Meyer Chopped Ham Slices ( 1 per piece of chicken)
Kraft Swiss Cheese Slices ( 1 per piece of chicken)
1 or 2 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breasts per person
1 canister of italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 eggs beaten
2 cups of flour
toothpicks
Vegetable Oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a Tenderizer, tenderize the chicken to make it thinner. add one slice of ham and one slice of cheese to the middle of the chicken and roll. hold together with the toothpicks
Put the Flour on one plate, bread crumbs on one plate and beat 2 eggs in a bowl. dip the chicken first in the flour then the egg and then the bread crumbs.
Put vegatable oil in a pan and lightly fry chicken just until light brown on each side.
Put the fried chicken on a cookie dish and put in the oven for about 25-30 min until you see the cheese coming out of the chicken.
